These motifs were made on a 2½” flower loom with dk weight yarn (Australian 8 ply thickness) and a 4mm crochet hook.
The edging can be adapted for flowers and yarn of any size by changing the number of chains and trebles worked.

For the first round, make a slip knot and put it on your hook. Make a slip stitch into the first petal and work 3 chain. Work two trebles (US double crochet) into the petal. Chain 1. * Work 3 trebles into the next petal, chain 1; repeat from * all the way around your flower and join to the beginning of the round with a slip st.
