Size
Entrelac sections measure 15.5cm wide (excluding crochet border) by 57cm
Centre rib section measures 8cm wide when relaxed, by 35cm long.
Total length = approximately 149cm
Materials
Yarn:
300m of black 8 ply wool and 200m of variegated 8ply wool.
I used 150gm of Jo Sharp Classic DK 8 ply wool in colour black and 100gm natural which I dyed in rainbow colours as shown in the photo below using the cold padding method.
Needles:
1 pair 4mm and 3.25mm needles.
1 x 3.5mm crochet hook for optional crochet border.
Tension
22sts to 10cm over st st knit on 4mm needles
Abbreviations
Inc/Increase = knit (or purl) the next st but do not drop it off the left hand needle, knit into back of the same stitch, then drop it off the left hand needle. You will have turned 1 stitch into 2 stitches.
