Make a length of I-cord (maybe about 4″). Leave a yarn tail at both ends, so that after you bind off you can tie a bow.
To make the berries cast on 1 sts and work (K1, P1, K1, P1, K1) into the st. Purl 1 row, K 1 row, then P2tog, P1, P2tog, turn, K3tog, thread yarn through st and fasten off. Tie yarn ends together and pull tight to form round berry. Make 3.
Tie 3 berries together and sew to wreath just above the bow. Wear as a brooch or add a loop at the top for hanging on your tree!
