Pretty Fluted Cushion in Crochet

Advance Australia filet crochet pattern.

Striped crochet cushion cover in a sunburst design

Note: This pattern uses Australian/UK crochet terms.

Double crochet = US single crochet,
Treble = US double crochet etc.

Woollen cushions are with us to stay, and for attractiveness combined with hard wearing qualities this one will find no equal. With the exception of one row of shell pattern in the centre, it is worked throughout in simple double crochet forming fascinating vandykes. It is worked in five colours, which should all tone nicely and at the same
time show in decided contrast. It is a good idea when purchasing the wool to compare the colours and ensure the combination.

The original colours were, very dark Brown, Beige, light Green, very dark Green and Coral Red.
We give quantity of wool for one side of cushion only, should two sides be desired double the quantity.
