Insertion
* Large r (l r) (3 d s, p) 3 times, 3 d s, close;
small r (sm r) 5 d s, p, 5 d s, close;
r 3 d s, join side p of 1st r, (3 d s, p) twice, 3 d s, close;
repeat sm r, joining p to p of 1st sm r;
repeat from * for desired length, which is one-half of insertion.
Make opposite side in same way, joining 2 sm r’s to 2 sm r’s of 1st half, making a group of 4 sm r’s together.
Edge
* 1st r – (3 d s, p) 3 times, 3 d s, close.
2d r – 5 d s, p, 5 d s, close ;
