Tension:
20sts and 28 rows to 4 inches (10cm) over st st on 4.5mm needles, or needles needed to obtain gauge.

Abbreviations:
= C4B, Cable 4 Back: Slip next 2 stitches to cable needle and
hold at back of work, knit next 2 stitches from left hand needle, then knit
stitches from cable needle

= C4F, Cable 4 Front: Slip next 2 stitches to cable needle and
hold at front of work, knit next 2 stitches from left hand needle, then
knit stitches from cable needle

= BT4, Back Twist 4: Slip 2 sts to cable needle and hold at back of work, K2, P2 from cable needle.
