This little chicken sits proudly on a crazy patchwork quilt that I'm currently making for my daughter's 4th birthday. The sample is embroidered with 6 strands of cotton embroidery thread on hand painted 100% cotton (Addendum: It's now 4 years later and I still haven't finished it...)
