This pattern from “The Ladies’ Guide to Elegant Lace Patterns, Etc.”is the same as Leaf Edging for Counterpane from Home Work, published in 1891

The sample was knit with size 3 perle cotton and 3mm needles and measures 12¾ cm/5″ wide
