Purl Bind-Off
From KnitWiki
This method of binding off is a variation of the Knit Bind-Off.
[edit] Method
Purl two stitches according to established stitch-pattern, then pass the first stitch over the second stitch on the right-hand needle; *purl the next stitch on the left-hand needle, pass the second stitch on the right-hand needle over the just-worked stitch; continue from * to the end. This can be done tightly or loosely, depending on the tension of the knitter and the desired flexibility of the resulting edge.
[edit] Variations
If you want to ensure that the bind-off edge is loose, one method is to replace the right-hand needle with a needle at least two sizes larger than the project needle size.
Like the Knit Bind-Off, this bind-off can also be performed in a stitch-pattern, such as 1x1 Ribbing.
