The Innocent Smoothies Big Knit is an annual charity campaign held since 2003 by UK company innocent drinks to raise money for Age Concern, a charity that supports the elderly in Britain.

Volunteers make little hats in all shapes and sizes, from the stripy kind with a bobble to those shaped like ladybirds and other creatures. They are then posted in to the innocent headquarters, where they are distributed to suppliers.

The smoothies are sold with hats on the lids in various supermarkets and cafes - for every bottle with a hat sold, innocent give 50p to Age Concern. In 2007, over 400,000 hats were knitted by volunteers and sold, raising over £200,000.
