[edit] LYS Tour
This annual event happens mid-May and features twenty-some Western Washington Local Yarn Shops (LYS). With a special event map and "passport" in hand, tour-goers typically receive discounts and free patterns at each store. Passports that have been stamped by all participating locations can be entered into a contest for a generous gift certificate. Event site: http://www.lystour.com/.
