May You Always Have the Company of Good Spirits

Skeleton Postcard

This macabre postcard is a rather unusual addition to the second page of G Carter's scrapbook. Elsewhere in the book he admits to having problems with alcohol dependence, and his trials in trying to overcome it.

I couldn't find any more information about this postcard, but if I do I will update this page. Considering the date of the newspaper articles on the page, I would date it C1909.

"May you always have the company of good spirits and come up smiling.
Yours to the Finish"

Early 20th century postcard with skeleton
