This sample was knit in crochet rayon with 3mm needles and measures 10cm at it's widest point and 18.5 cm high. I worked the pattern through 6 times. I suggest working your last repeat to row 10, then cast off to obtain a neat finish on the top edge. As you can see, I cast off after row 12 and it's  a bit bumpy. Cast off all sts loosely, especially on rows 11 and 12). 

Cast on 20 sts. 

Row 1: K8, P1, K3, P1, K7  (20sts) 

Row 2: K8, K2tog, YO twice, K2tog, K3, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (21sts) 

Row 3: K11, P1, K4, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (22sts) 

Row 4: K7, (K2tog, YO twice, K2tog) twice, K2, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (23sts) 

Row 5: K10, (P1, K3) twice, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (24sts) 

Row 6: K10, K2tog, YO twice, K2tog, K5, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (25sts) 

Row 7: K13, P1, K6, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (26sts) 

Row 8: K9, (K2tog, YO twice, K2tog) twice, K4, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (27sts) 

Row 9: K12, P1, K3, P1, K5, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (28sts) 

Row 10: K12, K2tog, YO twice, K2tog, K7, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (29sts) 

Row 11: Cast off 5, K10, P1, K8, (YO, K2tog) twice, YO, K1 (25sts) 

Row 12: Cast off 5, K8, K2tog, YO twice, K2tog, K8 (20sts) 

Repeat rows 1-12 until desired length, ending on row 10. Cast off.
