4th row: Purl.
Work 8 [B-12] rows in stocking stitch.
Work 5 [B-9] rows in K1 , P1 rib, inc. once at end of last row. (93 [B-111] sts).
Proceed in Rib and Bell patt. as follows:
1st row: * P3, K2, P3, K1, rep. from * to last 3 sts, P3.
2nd row: * K3, P1, K3, P2, rep. from * to last 3 sts, K3.
3rd row: * P3, K2, P3, inc. twice in next st, rep. from* to last 3 sts, P3.
4th row: * K3, P3, K3, P2, rep. from * to last 3 sts, K3.
5th row: * P3, K2, P3, K3, rep. from * to last 3 sts, P3 .
6th row: As 4th row.

Next row: Purl. Cast off.
Finishing
Using a warm iron and dry cloth, press lightly.
Using a back-stitch seam, join seam, taking care to reverse seam on stocking stitch portion at commencement.
Fold over picots at row of holes and stitch down on wrong side of work.
