Magic and Mini looms are two different names for a small metal loom with sliding posts that you wind your yarn around in the same manner as using any tied waffle weave loom. Whilst the boxes of some of the loom sets have crocheted granny squares on them, they’re actually used to make small lace squares in the same way as other tied waffle weave looms.
