Creative Ideas with Needle Punching (aka Embellishing/Machine Needle Felting)

If you're anything like me, when you come across a new technique you need a few ideas to get you started.

A few years ago I bought an embellishing machine, also known as a needle punching machine, and I've mostly been playing around using woollen fabrics, yarns and roving because that's what I know as traditional felting materials.

Thanks to "Allie's in Stitches", who linked to the following videos, I now have many more ideas to play with :)

And also this video which has a great number of techniques for making background fabrics and specific projects.
