Greeeeeeen...

I've almost finished the centre of Lucy's Diamonds!

I really like the transition to green that has been added since the last photo. I think it really makes the difference between "Slightly boring" and "Ooh, pretty". I have to admit, when I plied this yarn I really didn't like it but I do like it now. I think it just took the right project to bring out it's interesting qualities.

Only 1 1/2 pattern repeats to go before I start the edging! I'm thinking plain garter stitch points might be nice, although I'm going to have 2 rows and 1 stitch more than needed to make the numbers work out right. I guess I could always fudge the numbers (instructions for fudging will be inluded in the pattern!)

All fudging will be completely invisible, of course.

:-)
